Town Planning Assessment
Review of the council requirements to determine if an application is required. Where an application is triggered, our team can advise options to avoid an application or provide details of a trusted private town planner.
Building Regulatory Assessment
An assessment is completed against the building assessment provisions inclusive of a report. A building certifier will complete a comprehensive assessment against the relevant assessment provisions and then advise and discuss any points of issue. Compliant options are discussed to ensure the owner achieves their desired design outcome.
Energy Assessment
Liaising with an energy assessor to achieve compliance. Inhouse exemptions can be provided to alterations of existing buildings.
Lodgment of Required Authority Applications
Lodgement and tracking of applicable applications. Our office aims to pick up the required applications at quote stage where the application is obvious to see based on a preliminary assessment. The building certifier will lodge the relevant application during the assessment period and our administration team will track the application to ensure the assessing authority keeps to their timeframes.
Bushfire Assessment
In-house bushfire assessment or liaise with a bushfire consultant to gain a site bushfire attack level. Desktop assessment can be completed for simple sites. On complex sites, a bushfire consultant will liaise with the certifier and complete a report.
Building Approval
Assessment of design plans, lodgment of necessary applications, issuing the formal decision notice and council archiving. Our team will manage the certification process from concept to construction design.
Building Inspection
Site inspections for building code compliance inclusive of an inspection report.
Final Certificate
Reviewing construction certificates, issuing final certificates and council archiving. Our company provides construction templates that can be used to make the process run smoothly.
